General Questions
1. What types of pets do you photograph?
We primarily photograph dogs, but we’re happy to work with cats and other pets too! If you have a more exotic pet, let us know, and we’ll see how we can accommodate you.
2. Where do the photoshoots take place?
We offer outdoor sessions in parks, urban locations and pet-friendly spaces, as well as indoor sessions at your home. The location depends on your pet’s personality and the style of photos you want.
3. Do you offer studio photography?
Currently, we focus on natural, outdoor, and home-based sessions rather than studio photography. This allows us to capture pets in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
4. How long does a session last?
Session times vary based on the package you choose:
Package 1: 30 minutes
Package 2: 1 hour
Package 3: 1.5 hours
We allow time for breaks so your pet stays comfortable.
5. What if my pet doesn’t sit still?
That’s completely fine! We work with pets of all temperaments and use patience, treats and toys to capture natural and beautiful moments.
6. Can I be in the photos with my pet?
Yes! If you’d like to be included in some shots, we’re happy to accommodate that. Just let us know in advance.

Booking & Pricing
7. How do I book a session?
You can book a session through our website or by contacting us via email or phone. A deposit is required to secure your slot.
8. How much does a pet photoshoot cost?
We offer several packages to fit different needs:
- Package 1: £249
- Package 2: £349
- Package 3: £499

9. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a £50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure the date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfers and PayPal.
After the Photoshoot
11. How long does it take to receive my photos?
You will receive a proof gallery within 7–10 days after the session. Once you select your favourite images, the final edited photos will be delivered within 2–3 weeks.
12. How will I receive my photos?
Your images will be provided in a high-resolution digital gallery for easy downloading and sharing. Prints and albums are available as add-ons.
13. Can I purchase extra images?
Yes! Additional images can be purchased for £25 each
Cancellations & Rescheduling
14. What happens if my pet is unwell on the day?
If your pet isn’t feeling well, we can reschedule at no extra charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
15. What if the weather is bad?
For outdoor shoots, we monitor the weather closely. If conditions aren’t ideal, we’ll reschedule at no additional cost.
16. Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, but the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please give us as much notice as possible.
Other Questions
17. Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes! Our pet photography gift vouchers make a perfect present for pet lovers. Contact us to purchase.
18. Can I use the photos for commercial purposes?
Our packages include personal use only. If you need commercial licensing, please get in touch to discuss options.
19. Do you travel outside of London?
Yes! Our packages include travel within specific distances, but we can travel UK-wide for an additional £1 per extra mile.
